Seafood Casserole (Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. loose-pack frozen cut broccoli
    2 c. medium noodles, cooked and drained
    1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup (10 3/4 oz.)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can tuna, crabmeat or skinless boneless salmon (6 1/2 oz.)
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a 1 3/4-quart casserole, combine broccoli, noodles, soup and milk.
    Drain and flake seafood (remove cartilage from crabmeat).
    Gently stir seafood into broccoli mixture.
    Cook on 100% power in microwave for 7 to 9 minutes or until heated through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
