Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red sweet peppers
    12 green peppers
    12 onions
    1 hot pepper
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop peppers and onions. Cover with boiling water. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain. Add sugar, salt and vinegar. Boil 5 minutes. Pour into hot jars and seal immediately.
