Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    8 cooking type apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and butter.
    Mix until crumbly and set aside.
    Peel, core and thinly slice apples.
    Place apples in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
    Combine water and cinnamon.
    Pour over apples.
    top with sugar mixture and bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Makes 9 servings.
