Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 pork chops
    2 cans beef consomme
    2/3 c. water
    9 Tbsp. rice
Preparation
    Brown pork chops lightly.
    Put rice in casserole, add pork chops on top.
    Mix water and consomme.
    Pour over the ingredients. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. You can put a slice of onion, tomato or green pepper on top before baking.
