Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. corn oil
    3/4 c. milk
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Combine flour and corn meal; add eggs, corn oil and milk to dry ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Add the other ingredients and stir well.
    Pour into greased cast-iron skillet and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
