Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cauliflower
1 c. black olives
2/3 c. green pepper
1/2 c. pimientos
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. salad oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Chop cauliflower, olives, green pepper, pimientos and onions. Mix oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper well and pour over cauliflower mixture.
Better if refrigerated overnight. Cut down on salt and pepper, if desired.
