Bulk Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    45 lb. chili meat
    1 1/2 lb. chili powder
    7 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    9 oz. paprika
    6 oz. cumin
    2 1/4 oz. black pepper
    4 1/2 oz. granulated garlic
    water
    cracker meal
Preparation
    Cook meat over medium heat for 45 minutes.
    Add chili powder, salt, paprika, cumin, black pepper and garlic.
    Stir well and continue to cook for 15 minutes.
    Add water to cover and stir well; bring back to boil.
    Stir in cracker meal slowly, stirring constantly, to avoid lumping, to desired thickness.
