Mom'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 pkg. Zwieback, crushed fine
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 large eggs
    3/4 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter and blend with Zwieback crumbs.
    Press into 10-inch spring pan.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; add egg one at a time, mixing well with electric mixer.
    Add sour cream.
    Pour into crumb lined pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm in center.
    Turn oven off; open door.
    Leave cheese cake in oven until cool.
