Mint Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 Tbsp. finely chopped mint
2 Tbsp. sugar
2Tbsp. vegetable or salad oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Put in a jug the mint.
Cover with boiling water.
Add sugar, oil and vinegar.
Add salt to taste.
Serve with roast lamb.
