Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Preparation

Put water and butter in a pot and boil.
Add salt.
Add flour and stir until it forms a ball or rolls around the side of pot. Remove from heat and cool.
Add eggs, 1 at a time (beat with mixer); beat well.
Drop on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 more minutes or until you think it's done.
Fill with pudding.
