Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c sugar
1/2 c shortening or oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 c chopped nuts
4 c apples chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Cream together with sugar, oil and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, then add to egg mixture.
Add apples and nuts.
Bake in a prepared 13x9-inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve with whipped topping.
