Miniature Vegetable Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 large eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. finely minced green onion
    1 Tbsp. finely minced bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. finely grated carrots
Preparation
    Melt butter in small saucepan or in the microwave.
    In a medium bowl, combine the flour, black pepper, eggs and milk. Whisk until smooth.
    Stir in the melted butter and vegetables. Cover and let the batter rest for at least 45 minutes.
