Fried Carrots And Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. carrots, sliced 1/2 inch thick
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green bell pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 (17 oz.) can corn, drained
Preparation
    Saute carrots, onion and green pepper in butter in skillet over medium heat until tender.
    Stir in corn.
    Cook until heated through.
    Yields 4 servings.
