Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 lb. frying chicken, cooked in salt water, skinned and deboned
1 c. celery, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, put in casserole dish.
Moisten 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm dressing. Mix and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
