Duckling A L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. ready to cook duckling
    2 unpeeled oranges, quartered
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    3 whole black peppers
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. Burgundy
    1/2 c. orange marmalade (Seville type)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Stuff duckling with orange quarters, garlic, salt and peppers.
    Truss.
    Place duckling on rack in shallow roasting pan.
    Brush top well with butter.
    Pour Burgundy over and roast, uncovered, 30 minutes.
