Bittersweet Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. bittersweet chocolate
    1/4 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Over low heat in a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate, half and half and corn syrup.
    When sauce comes to a boil, remove and stir constantly until smooth.
    Add vanilla and butter.
    Chocolate may also be melted in microwave for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on High. Refrigerate unused portion.
