Honey Orange Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chicken broth
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
4 bone-in chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water
4 c. hot cooked rice
chopped green onions, orange slices and parsley strips (optional)
Preparation

In saucepan, combine the first 9 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat; cool. Pour 1 1/3 cups marinade into large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 to 8 hours, turning occasionally. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
