Papa Ross' Bacon And 'Tater Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1/2 pkg. crisp-fried, smoked bacon (reserve bacon grease)
1 medium onion, chopped fine or 6 to 8 spring onions
2 large eggs, boiled and chopped
1/4 c. vinegar (white)
Preparation

Into heated frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of bacon grease and place potato slices.
Cover and cook until potatoes are done, stirring often, then remove and place potatoes in mixing bowl and add bacon bits, onion, eggs, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Add a small amount of bacon grease.
