English Muffin Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 English Muffins, halved
    20 slices of Pepperoni
    1 c. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
    2 tsp. Italian Salad Dressing
    1 medium Ripe Tomato, sliced in four
    Soft Butter or Margarine
Preparation
    Toast each english muffin half.
    Lightly spread with butter. Place two paper towels atop two coupled paper plates.
    Separate pepperoni and place atop paper towels.
    Microwave on High for 20-30 seconds (do not blacken).
    Remove from microwave and dab off excess oil with paper towel.
    Spread 1/2 tsp. salad dressing on each muffin half.
    Place 1 slice tomato and 5 slices of pepperoni on each muffin half.
    Top each with 1/4 c. of cheese.
    Place muffins on non stick cookie sheet.
    Broil on high for 5 minutes or until browned (no more than 8 minutes).
    Cool 1 minute.
    Serve.
