My Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked and cooled
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
    1/2 (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine the confectioners sugar and peanut butter.
    Mix to a crumbly consistency (like a streusel) and remove about 1/2 cup of the mixture; set aside.
    Pour the remaining mixture evenly over the pie crust.
    Make pudding according to package directions; pour pudding over the crumb layer, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
