Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. sausage (hot or regular)
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
5 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. rice
2 pkg. cream of chicken Cup-a-Soup
1/2 lb. jalapeno cheese, cut into small pieces
Preparation

In a large skillet, saute sausage, bell pepper and onion.
In a boiler, bring water, salt and rice to a boil and cook only 10 minutes.
Do not cover.
Remove rice and water from heat.
Add the packages of soup.
Mix well.
Add this to sausage mixture and add cheese.
Pour all this into a casserole dish.
Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Do not grease.
Do not cool.
