Stir-Fry Fresh Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. margarine
    1/4 lb. tender strip steak (optional)
    4 medium sweet onions, sliced thin and separated
    2 medium carrots, quartered
    1 medium bell pepper, cut in strips
    2 c. young yellow squash
    2 c. young zucchini squash
    soy sauce
    seasoned salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Place margarine in skillet and add steak strips and brown lightly.
    Add other vegetables and cook until desired tenderness over medium heat.
    (If needed, add a little vegetable oil while cooking.)
