Pupu Korean - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. drummettes or chicken wings
    2 tsp. salt
    flour
    1/2 c. shoyu
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    1 stalk green onion, finely minced
    1 skin chili pepper, minced or 6 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Salt chicken; dredge in flour or add salt and pepper to about half a bag of
    a plastic bag (the kind that you get from the supermarket
    with your vegetables).
    Shake your drummettes in the bag (no
    mess).
    Deep
    fry chicken.
    Dip, while hot, in sauce made with remaining ingredients.
