Arroz A La Vasca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 cloves garlic
4 c. \"Valencia Rice\"
2 lb. ham, diced
4 chorizos, sliced
2 lb. pork meat, diced
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in butter
4 onions, diced
2 green peppers, diced
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 c. olive oil
1 1/2 c. white wine
8 c. chicken broth

Preparation

In a large pot, saute onions, garlic and peppers in oil. Add tomato sauce and tomato paste. Add pork and ham and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Soak rice in beer for 15 minutes, then drain. Add broth, pepper and bijol. Add rice and bring to boil. Add chorizos, mushrooms and wine. Cover and cook on a very low heat until soft.
