English Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour, sifted
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Fill 8 well-greased muffin tins or custard cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then lower oven temperature to 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes longer.
    Serve warm with butter and jam.
