Slim Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (7 3/4 oz.) salmon, drained
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed potatoes, made with skim milk
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients until well blended. Spread in nonstick loaf pan, baking dish or individual molds.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes in loaf pan, 20 minutes if use individual molds.
