Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

salt and pepper
catsup
brown sugar
1 lemon, sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Remove excess fat from chops and place in baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Then on each chop, spread catsup about 1/8-inch thick.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons brown sugar on each chop, then place a slice of lemon on each chop.
Sprinkle a little more brown sugar.
Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on the thickness of the chops, basting occasionally.
