1/4 c. instant non-fat dry milk powder
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
sugar substitute to equal 1/3 c. sugar (6 tsp. Equal is equal to 1/3 c. sugar)

Place ice water in a small bowl; gradually add milk powder, beating at high speed of an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
