Corn Casserole Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can Mexican corn (do not drain)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese (one 8 oz. pkg.)
    3/4 c. corn meal mix (Jiffy mix)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Place crushed potato chips or crushed cornflakes on top.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Casserole will serve 10 people.
