Diet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c nuts chopped
1 1/2 c dates chopped
1 c raisins
2 Tbsp butter
3/4 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c wheat germ
Preparation

Place all in bowl except flour and wheat germ.
Pour 1 c boiling water over all and stir well.
Add the flour and wheat germ and mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
