Speedy Yellowtail Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lemon, diced, removing all rind
1/4 c. capers, diced
2 cloves garlic, smashed
1/2 c. melted butter

Preparation

Just mix in blender or shaker and serve over your favorite fish.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
