Golden Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, butter and milk, stirring until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
