Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 small can tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn with red and green peppers
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) pkg. small macaroni shells
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium size pkg. mild cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in small amount of oil.
Add hamburger; cook until browned well.
Add chili powder, Mexicorn, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Cook in Dutch oven about 35 minutes with lid on. Cook shells until tender; drain.
Add layers of shells, sauce and grated cheese and repeat until all is used.
Good also with small can of mushrooms.
Cook in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese has melted well.
