Chili Relleo Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 slices white bread
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Jack cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Butter bread. Trim crusts (optional). Place buttered side down in baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheeses over bread. Spread green chili over. Mix milk, eggs and spices. Cover and chill overnight. Bake, uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes until top is brown at 325\u00b0. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
