Pineapple-Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add oil and blend.
    Add eggs and mix.
    Add carrots, nuts and pineapple.
    Mix well.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
