Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 small angel food cake
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in water; then add frozen strawberries and let thaw in Jell-O.
Chill until partially set, then fold in whipped cream.
Tear half the cake into small chunks and spread in bottom of square pan, 8 x 8-inch.
Spread half the strawberry mixture over cake and repeat layer of cake crumbs, ending with strawberry mixture.
Chill at least 3 hours.
