Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Tater Tots (store brand is fine)
Preparation
    Lightly brown ground beef and drain. Place browned meat in bottom of greased shallow 2-quart baking dish. Spread onion rings over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread soup over onion rings. Cover with Tater Tots. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until hot. Makes 6 servings.
