Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. bag Dole salad mix
2 avocados, peeled and chopped
1 can pitted black olives, sliced
2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 small bag taco chips, crushed
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. red kidney beans (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat; drain.
Add seasoning mix and simmer 15 to 20 minutes; set aside.
