Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs; add rest of ingredients and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
