Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices fresh bread, torn
    1/2 c. milk or beef stock
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    3 minced garlic cloves
    1 tsp. fennel seed (optional)
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    canned tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Combine bread and milk in a small bowl.
    Beat egg in large bowl; add oregano, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Add beef and cheese; mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
