Japanese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the sugar with the butter.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Shape into two rolls; chill until firm.
    Cut 1/4-inch thick and bake 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.
