Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    2 flank steaks
Preparation
    Place steak flat in shallow baking dish.
    Mix all ingredients and pour over steak.
    Let stand all day, turning occasionally or refrigerate overnight.
    Barbecue 5 minutes on each side or broil 2 minutes on each side.
    Cut diagonally into thin strips.
