Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced rhubarb
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

In a bowl, mix together 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and diced rhubarb.
Pour into an 8 or 9-inch baking dish and dot with butter.
