Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli (8 to 10 oz. each)
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced cheese
    1 box Minute rice (uncooked, 7 oz.)
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Saute onion and broccoli until tender (about 20 minutes).
    Combine rest of ingredients.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into lightly greased loaf-baking dish.
    Bake about one hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves about 20.
