Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced onions
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 lb. cubed beef
    2 c. beef stock or water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp. catsup
    1/4 c. oil
    8 oz. carton sour cream
Preparation
    Brown onions in oil and add paprika and stir well.
    Add meat. Cover and simmer a few minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Cover and simmer until done.
    Add more water or broth, if needed during cooking.
    Add sour cream, gradually.
    You may want to use less than the full 8 ounces.
    If mixture is too thin, you may want to thicken it a little.
