Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 green peppers
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices toasted bread
    2 tomatoes (fresh)
    1 whole onion, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Halve and clean out peppers.
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Fill pepper shells with mixture.
    Put a little water in bottom of Pyrex dish.
    Cook on 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
