6 oz. light cream cheese
6 oz. nonfat cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. skim milk
10 ladyfingers
1/2 c. strong coffee or Espresso, chilled
2 Tbsp. dark rum
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
grated semi-sweet chocolate (optional)
Preparation

In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until well combined. Add milk and beat 2 to 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
