Ingredients

4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 c. whipping cream
2 c. half and half
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. pureed fruit
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Add sugar to beaten eggs; beat until stiff.
Add remaining ingredients.
Use a Number 2 can crushed pineapple (drained). This was a recipe of Carolyn T. High.
Freeze in ice cream churn.
