Chicken Pasta Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. carrot curls
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    4 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned and cut into strips
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    2 1/2 c. cooked rotini pasta
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil.
    Add broccoli and carrots.
    Stir over medium heat until tender-crisp.
    Add next 5 ingredients; cook until chicken is done.
    Stir in pasta, onions and cheese; heat thoroughly.
