Never Fail Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cocoa, oleo and milk.
    Stir until sugar dissolves over medium heat.
    When mixture comes to a rapid boil, boil one minute.
    Remove form heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Cool and beat. Spread on thin cake layers.
